Job Description Purchase Executive

Company: BFF Vending (Ganapati Fashions Ltd.) Location: Noida (Office-based, with travel to nearby sites)

Role Overview The Purchase Executive will act as a support hand to the managers and supervisors, handling all backend/administrative work needed to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly from online ordering and transport coordination to purchase-related tasks. The role also requires occasional visits to nearby sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online ordering (raw material, supplies, equipment, etc.)
• Coordinate transport/logistics vehicle bookings, deliveries, dispatch follow-ups
• Assist with purchase-related work vendor coordination, order placement, tracking
• Maintain records related to orders, purchases & transport
• Visit nearby sites/campuses as and when required for coordination or issue resolution
• Follow up with vendors, transporters & internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Support smooth communication between office and field teams
• Build and maintain good working relationships with vendors, transporters and courier partners; resolve disputes, delays and quality issues promptly.

Eligibility

• Graduate (any stream)

Skills Required

• Basic MS Excel & MS Office
• Good communication (English & Hindi)
• Strong coordination & follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and handle backend operational work
• Willingness to travel locally to nearby sites when required
