Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of goods and services required for hotel operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain vendor relationships while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure hotel operational supplies, food & beverage items, engineering materials, and general consumables.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
• Identify and develop reliable vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per departmental requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid stock shortages.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase documentation.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with all departments for procurement planning and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hotel Management or Commerce preferred).
• 2–5 years of purchase experience in a reputed hotel is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase Management systems.
• Knowledge of hotel procurement processes and inventory control.
• Regional language (Tamil) is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
