Position: Purchase Executive

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Purchase Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling quotations, coordinating with vendors, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products to corporate clients across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries for IT hardware from existing corporate clients.
• Source products and negotiate pricing with vendors.
• Prepare and share quotations with clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and manage complete order processing.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchase coordination, sales support, quotation handling, or IT product sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.

• What is your level of experience with Excel, quotation preparation, purchase orders, vendor comparison sheets, and inventory or order tracking systems?
