Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities.
• Identify, develop, and manage vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders and analyze vendor quotations.
• Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain purchase records and procurement documentation.
• Handle cost optimization and resolve supplier-related issues.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in purchase and procurement.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of quotation analysis, inventory management, and material planning.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
