Purchase Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and procure raw materials, mechanical components, spare parts, and other items as per company requirements.
• Obtain quotations from vendors and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, timely deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and other procurement records.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Design, Accounts, and Project teams for material requirements.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely material availability.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing vendors and identify new suppliers.
• Ensure materials meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain purchase reports, vendor records, and cost-comparison sheets.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and purchase documentation.
• Good negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to compare quotations and analyze costs.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical components, industrial materials, or boiler-related procurement will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
