Job Context : Sako Landmark Ltd. is looking for talented, energetic and experienced professionals to join our team for the following positions:

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities of the company.
• Collect and evaluate quotations from suppliers/vendors.
• Compare prices, quality, specifications and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
• Prepare Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and other necessary procurement documents.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding order confirmation, delivery and product quality.
• Maintain proper records of suppliers, quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Admin, Projects and other departments regarding procurement requirements.
• Ensure timely procurement of office supplies, materials, equipment and other required items.
• Develop and maintain a reliable supplier/vendor network.
• Monitor market prices and identify suitable suppliers and cost-effective purchasing opportunities.
• Verify received goods/materials against purchase orders and specifications.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procurement procedures.
• Perform other procurement-related duties assigned by the Management.

• Experience: At least 2 years
• Education:
• Skills: procurement processes, procurement, procurement software, project purchasing, supplier sourcing, strategicsourcing, supplier management, procurement strategy, it procurement
