Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle local purchase of materials for control panels and customer PO requirements.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for local procurement as per project needs.
• Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for material planning and ordering.
• Coordinate with Schneider Electric for material ordering and order execution.
• Track orders via vendor portals and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Register and follow up on complaints for faulty or damaged materials with OEMs/vendors.
• Source quotations from local vendors and maintain updated price comparisons.
• Share commercial offers with customers based on enquiries and requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and documentation.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
