Purchase Executive

• Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers while building long-term vendor relationships. • Negotiation & Contracts: Compare supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. • Purchase Orders & Tracking: Issue purchase orders (POs), track inbound shipments, and ensure timely material delivery. • Quality & Compliance: Check the quality of received goods and verify that purchases comply with company policies and local regulations (such as GST or statutory billing). • Inventory & Reporting: Monitor stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and maintain detailed purchase records and cost-analysis reports. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse, production, and finance departments to align buying needs with operating budgets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
