Purchase Executive

• Purchase raw materials, hardware, engineering items, and other required materials from the local market.
• Coordinate with office staff to understand material requirements and technical specifications.
• Visit markets and existing suppliers to check material availability and prices.
• Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers and prepare rate comparisons.
• Negotiate prices and ensure the best combination of quality and cost.
• Verify material quality, quantity, and specifications before purchasing.
• Handle company cash responsibly and maintain proper records of expenses and bills.
• Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of required materials.
• Basic technical knowledge of industrial materials, hardware, engineering components, and tools.
• Ability to understand material specifications, sizes, dimensions, and technical requirements.
• Good market knowledge, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
• Must be honest, sincere, punctual, and responsible.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Reference from the last employer is mandatory, including verification of previous employment and the reason for leaving.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
