CTC: Up to Rs.30,000–Rs.35,000 per month, based on experience and expectations

Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with relevant experience in EMS, PCBA, PCB, or Electronics Manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing electronic components, supplier coordination, purchase orders, negotiation, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source electronic components through domestic and international suppliers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain proper purchase documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Planning, Quality, and Accounts teams for purchase-related activities.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and ensure timely availability of required materials.

Required Skills

• Experience in electronic component sourcing.
• Good knowledge of PCB/PCBA components and electronics materials.
• Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Com / BBA / MBA / Supply Chain or relevant qualification preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in EMS, PCBA, PCB, or Electronics Manufacturing.

Salary

Rs.30,000–Rs.35,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and current CTC.
