Job Overview

Kruger Ventilation Industries (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Purchase Engineer to manage procurement activities for engineering materials, ensure timely deliveries, negotiate competitive prices, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Float enquiries, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and place purchase orders.
• Procure engineering items such as aluminium profiles, sheet metal components, aluminium hubs, and related materials.
• Collect quotations from at least three vendors and prepare comparative statements for purchase finalization.
• Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, timely deliveries, quality checks, returns, replacements, and invoice submissions.
• Maintain purchase records, including purchase orders, receipt challans, purchase invoices, and payment details in company software.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors and obtain necessary approvals.
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct periodic vendor audits.
• Handle import purchasing activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO processes and implementation requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of engineering material procurement.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of import purchases and ISO processes.
• Good documentation, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase activities and meet delivery timelines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in engineering procurement, particularly in manufacturing industries, are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year
