Purchase Executive

Neoteric Properties is hiring a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and purchase documentation to ensure timely availability of materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate rates and payment terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchase records.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per departmental requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, site teams, and accounts for purchase approvals and payments.
• Monitor delivery schedules, material quality, and supplier performance.
• Maintain vendor databases, invoices, and procurement documentation.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
• Experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor management is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
