• Job Responsibilities:

• Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate approvals in FMS

• Identify vendors and collect a minimum of 3 quotations

• Support price negotiation and release error-free POs

• Coordinate inspections and manage CRO documentation

• Update inventory and resolve discrepancies within TAT

• Coordinate with depot, operations, and vendors

• Maintain proper documentation

• Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)

• Knowledge of procurement and inventory processes

• Experience with FMS / ERP systems

• Qualification:

• Graduate (preferred)
