Job Title: Purchase Executive

Work Location: Thrissur
Interview Location: Kochi
Salary: As per experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement process
• Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per requirements
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/department heads
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
• Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports
• Ensure quality standards are met for all procured items
• Coordinate with accounts team for invoice verification and payments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Relevant Field
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchase department

Skills Required:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of procurement procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
