Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive (Fresher) with strong Excel skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn procurement and purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in purchasing and procurement activities.
• Maintain purchase records, reports, and data using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, and order status.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely updates.
• Prepare Excel reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support the team in day-to-day purchasing operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA graduate; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong MS Excel skills are mandatory.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
