Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage e-commerce procurement, order tracking, shipping labels, and operational coordination for our US and UAE operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure orders from Amazon US and Amazon UAE; source from alternative websites when required.
• Track pending, undelivered, and cancelled orders; process eligible refunds and reorders.
• Generate shipping labels through ShipGlobal, SMSA, and Naqel.
• Update inbound tracking details, AWB numbers, and shipment records.
• Maintain procurement, shipment, refund, and operational trackers.
• Coordinate with the Dubai Operations and Accounts teams to resolve queries.
• Prepare and submit monthly Aramex export and ShipGlobal label creation reports.
• Ensure accurate records and timely follow-ups on pending orders and shipments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, e-commerce operations, or order management.
• Experience with Amazon US/UAE procurement is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, shipment tracking, and data management.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
