Job Description – Purchase Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 2–3 Years in Purchase / Procurement in an Engineering Firm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of raw materials, engineering components, consumables, and other requirements.
• Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely material delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, pending orders, and supplier performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or a related field; relevant experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of purchase experience in an engineering or manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of engineering materials, vendor management, and purchase documentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
