Purchase Executive (Hardware & Accessories)

We are seeking a tech-savvy Purchase Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement of IT assets. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing corporate laptops, desktop systems, servers, network equipment, and office tech accessories (monitors, docks, keyboards, and internal components) while balancing quality, cost, and strict deployment timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor & OEM Management: Establish active relationships with authorized distributors, Original Equipment Manufacturers , and local IT hardware suppliers.
• Technical Sourcing: Analyze technical specification sheets (CPU, RAM, Storage, GPU configurations) to ensure requested equipment meets company engineering or business standards.
• RFQs & Negotiation: Draft Requests for Quotes (RFQs), prepare comprehensive cost-benefit analyses, and negotiate bulk pricing, warranties, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Lifecycle Tracking: Track orders from initial purchase approval through customs clearing (if imported) to delivery, ensuring accurate asset tagging and serialization.
• Warranty & Returns: Coordinate with vendors for the replacement or repair of Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) units, defective components, and warranty claims.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of modern computer architecture, hardware brands (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Asus), and commercial pricing.
• Experience handling software licensing alongside hardware is a major plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or ERP procurement modules .
