Purchase Executive OR Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and preparing Purchase Orders (POs)
• Collecting and comparing supplier quotations
• Coordinating with suppliers for price, delivery and material requirements
• Maintaining purchase records and documentation
• Following up on pending POs and deliveries
• Coordinating with stores, accounts and other departments
• Supporting day-to-day purchase activities

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail
• Good follow-up and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn procurement processes
