Purchase Executive - Packaging

Role & responsibilities

• Procure packaging materials such as printed cartons, labels, leaflets, foils, bottles, tubes, caps and other packing materials.
• Coordinate with approved vendors for quotations, price negotiation, purchase orders and timely delivery.
• Ensure packaging materials meet approved specifications and quality requirements in coordination with QA and QC.
• Follow up with vendors for delivery schedules and resolve supply-related issues.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production and Planning for material requirements and inventory availability.
• Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, quotations and other procurement documents.
• Support vendor development, cost optimisation and timely procurement as per company procedures and GMP requirements.
