Purchase Executive (Raw Material)

Key Responsibilities

Source and purchase raw materials at the best price, quality, and delivery time

Collect quotations, compare vendors, and negotiate rates and terms

Raise purchase orders (POs) and follow up until delivery

Coordinate with stores/production/site teams on material requirements and stock levels

Maintain vendor database and build reliable supplier relationships

Verify invoices, challans, and delivery against POs

Track purchase records, pending orders, and payments in Excel

Prepare purchase reports and presentations for management.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in raw material purchasing

Good typing speed and accuracy

PowerPoint (PPT) for reports and presentations

MS Excel, MS Word and professional email writing

Strong negotiation and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and purchase documentation

Good communication in Hindi/English

Qualification & Experience

Graduate (B.Com/BBA/any stream); diploma in materials/supply chain is a plus

1–3 years of purchasing experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
