Purchase Executive (Technical Purchase)

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials as per company requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and compare vendor quotations and purchase details.
• Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Maintain vendor records and update the vendor database.
• Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Production, and other departments for purchase-related requirements.
• Maintain proper purchase records, documents, and reports.
• Assist in vendor negotiation for pricing and commercial terms.
• Monitor stock requirements and coordinate for timely procurement.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up ability.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and purchase processes will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
