Role Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end purchase-to-pay cycle, procurement, negotiation, and RFQ management for electrical and mechanical domains, ensuring timely material availability and compliance with procedures.

What Youll Do:

• Manage purchase-to-pay activities including RFQs, cost comparisons, approvals, requisitions, orders, and documentation
• Convert requisitions and demand signals into accurate purchase orders and manage order changes
• Monitor supplier delivery commitments, expedite critical materials, and resolve supply issues
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders for order execution and delivery
• Maintain purchasing records and ensure data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, sourcing strategies, and audit requirements
• Support inventory optimization and participate in inventory audits and cycle counts

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Experience with P2P cycle, procurement, negotiation, and RFQ management
• Domain expertise in electrical and mechanical procurement
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or equivalent platforms

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing high-volume or high-mix purchase orders

Qualifications:
BE / BTech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Diploma, or related field
