What they need
Responsible for leading the entire procurement function, specifically participating in tea auctions, assessing quality & negotiating purchases to meet company cost. Oversee a team of 10–15 members & ensure timely procurement of high-quality tea.
Required Candidate profile
5–10 years in tea tasting/procurement with leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of tea quality, auction systems & specific regional markets.
Strong analytical, negotiating & communication abilities.
