Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Intern to support our Purchase Department in new vendor development, vendor sourcing, and field purchase activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new vendors and suppliers.
• Search for suitable vendors based on company requirements.
• Visit vendors, markets, and suppliers whenever required.
• Collect quotations and assist in price comparison.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, material availability, and delivery.
• Follow up with existing and new vendors.
• Support purchase-related documentation and records.
• Visit the office whenever required by the company.
• Assist the Purchase Team with day-to-day procurement activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field work and travelling.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel preferred.
• Freshers and students interested in Purchase, Procurement, or Vendor Development can apply.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Candidates based in or around Noida/Delhi NCR preferred.
