Role: Purchase Intern

Location: Mumbai Head Office
Department: Purchase
Stipend: Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and processing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP.
• Coordinate with vendors and authorized distributors for order confirmations and deliveries.
• Track purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely stock availability.
• Support GRN and SRN entries in SAP as per delivery documentation.
• Assist in vendor invoice processing, including three-way matching of PO, GRN and Invoice.
• Maintain accurate purchase and vendor records in SAP.
• Coordinate with the Finance team for invoice submission and payment follow-ups.
• Handle basic vendor communication related to order status and documentation.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers or candidates pursuing/recently completed a degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Willingness to learn SAP and Purchase processes.
