Job Description

• Handle procurement of Raw Materials (RM) & Packaging Materials (PM) as per sales projections and production requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, and timely supplies.
• Ensure timely availability of materials at competitive prices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production & Plant teams for material planning.
• Monitor Purchase Orders, deliveries, inventory levels, and material requirements.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have experience in Pharmaceutical Purchase.
• Strong hands-on experience in RM & PM procurement is mandatory.
• Experience in Contract/Third-Party Manufacturing (CBO) will be preferred.
• Good negotiation, vendor management, and material planning skills.
• Candidates from pharmaceutical industry only. Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
