Purchase Manager ( Civil Background )

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for construction projects.
• Source construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, stores, and finance teams.
• Ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain purchase records, quotations, comparative statements, and contracts.
• Track procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure materials comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and project material requirements.

Required Skills
