Purchase Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the procurement process for agro commodities such as rice, sugar, and maize from various sources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.
• Analyze market trends and make informed decisions on purchasing strategies to minimize costs and maximize profits.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize inventory management.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in raw material procurement, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of agro commodity markets, including rice, sugar, and maize.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
