Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end local procurement of raw materials, consumables, packaging, and general plant supplies
• Identify, develop, and maintain a reliable vendor and supplier base
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with local suppliers
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid production downtime; manage emergency/urgent procurement needs
• Coordinate closely with production, quality, and stores teams on material requirements
• Monitor local market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier reliability
• Handle vendor evaluation, rate contracts, and periodic price benchmarking

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in local/plant procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or process industry
• Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
• Must have own vehicle
• Candidates based in or near Obeidullaganj, Raisen preferred

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
