About the role

This role involves developing and executing procurement strategies aligned with company policies, managing costs, quality, and delivery timelines efficiently. You will negotiate with suppliers both domestically and internationally, evaluate supplier performance, manage inventory levels, and analyze market trends to inform procurement decisions. You will also lead and develop the procurement team to build professional capabilities in procurement, quality systems, and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Plan procurement strategies aligned with company policies, controlling costs, quality, and delivery timelines for maximum efficiency
• Negotiate prices, sales conditions, and delivery dates with suppliers both domestically and internationally
• Evaluate and assess supplier quality and performance to ensure compliance with price, quality, cost, delivery, payment terms, and reliability requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and plan accordingly to align with purchase orders
• Analyze price trends and market conditions to forecast, plan, and negotiate appropriately with suppliers
• Manage and develop the procurement team to build skills and knowledge in procurement, quality systems, and professional coordination

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a procurement team
• Experience in negotiation and supplier management both domestically and internationally
• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Leadership qualities, agility, problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal relations
• Ability to communicate in Chinese at a functional level
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve immediate problems effectively
• Leadership capability and ability to work as a team
• Integrity, carefulness, and attention to detail
