Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor relationships, and material sourcing for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for construction projects.
• Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and contractors based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Procure construction materials, equipment, tools, consumables, and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements and schedules.
• Compare quotations, prepare comparative statements (CS), and recommend the best commercial options.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, material quality, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Projects, Stores, Finance, and other departments for procurement requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure procurement within approved budgets.
• Maintain proper documentation, purchase records, and MIS reports.

Candidate Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.
• Strong preference for candidates from Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure companies.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market rates.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Experience in handling multiple project procurement requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
• Ability to work independently and manage procurement within strict timelines.
• Candidates willing to work in Shimla are preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
