CONCRETE PLANT HEAD – JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Operations
Location: RMC / Concrete Plant
Experience: 8–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall RMC/concrete plant operations and production.
• Ensure timely production and dispatch as per project requirements.
• Monitor concrete quality, raw material consumption, and wastage.
• Manage plant manpower, operators, drivers, and technicians.
• Coordinate plant maintenance and breakdown management.
• Control plant expenses including diesel, electricity, materials, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers, site teams, dispatch, quality, and purchase departments.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and compliance at the plant.
• Prepare daily production, dispatch, and plant performance reports.
• Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Qualification & Skills

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. preferred.
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in RMC, concrete, or construction industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of plant operations and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
