Role & responsibilities:
- Sourcing, evaluating and onboarding reliable suppliers / vendors.
- Vendors development / vendors management.
- Negotiating favourable pricing, payment terms, and contract terms with vendors.
- Monitoring stock levels and forecasting material demands to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Maintaining complete database / inventory management of customers.
- Manage procurement budgets, analyze market trends, and implement cost-saving opportunities / strategies.
- Ensure purchased items meet safety and quality standards and comply with legal or company policies.
- Monitoring supplier performance and maintaining relationships.
- Making timely GRN, stock maintaining, arranging documents for billing purpose.
- Handling imports shipment with documentation.
- End-to-end order management.
- Logistics end-to-end delivery management.
- Managing budgets and approving purchase orders.
