About the Role:

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented experienced professional to join our Purchase department. This is a great opportunity to grow in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day purchasing activities and vendor coordination
• Prepare purchase orders (PO), follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery
• Maintain purchase records, quotations, and vendor database in ERP / Excel
• Coordinate with Store, Production, and Accounts departments for material requirements
• Assist in vendor development and price negotiation
• Prepare daily purchase reports and MIS

Skills Required:

• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP
• Willing to learn and good at documentation
• Energetic, honest and responsible attitude
