Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Purchase Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will oversee procurement operations, build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate competitive contracts, and ensure optimal inventory levels. Candidates with any bachelor’s degree and a proven track record in procurement and vendor management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to minimize costs and optimize quality.
• Source, evaluate, and establish strong working relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with vendors.
• Oversee purchase orders (POs), track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
• Collaborate with internal inventory and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream / discipline (B.Com, B.A., B.Sc, B.B.A., B.E./B.Tech, or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Purchase Manager, Procurement Officer, or similar role.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract-building skills.
• Proficiency in procurement or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho Inventory, MS Excel).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
