Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong knowledge of Import & Export, purchase documentation, vendor management, and inventory coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete purchase process and coordinating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Import & Export documentation and coordinate with relevant agencies.
• Identify, source and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Handle inward and outward material coordination.
• Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Dispatch, and other internal teams for smooth material movement.
• Maintain and update inventory records on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, orders, invoices and related documentation.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics for timely material movement.
• Negotiate with vendors on price, quality, payment terms and delivery timelines.
• Manage procurement of electrical and electronic materials.
• Follow up with vendors for orders, deliveries, shortages, replacements and pending materials.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of purchase-related activities.

Candidate Profile

• 5–6 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
• Strong hands-on experience in Import & Export and documentation.
• Experience in electrical/electronic material procurement preferred.
• Good vendor sourcing, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, purchase records and logistics coordination.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase/ERP systems is preferred.
