We are looking for a smart, responsible, and ownership-driven Purchase Manager to handle procurement operations efficiently and strategically.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing complete purchase and procurement operations.
• Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and rate finalization.
• Comparing quotations and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
• Following up with suppliers for timely delivery and dispatch.
• Maintaining purchase records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinating with logistics, accounts, and operations teams.
• Monitoring market rates and identifying better procurement opportunities.
• Ensuring proper planning to avoid shortages or delays.

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good analytical and decision-making ability.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination capability.
• Good knowledge of:
• MS Excel
• MS Word
• Email communication
• Basic office and computer operations
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Mandatory Requirement

• Prior experience in Purchase/Procurement operations is compulsory.
• Candidates without relevant experience are requested not to apply.

Preferred Candidate

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capability.
• Candidate from trading, supply, logistics, or contractor background will be preferred.

Salary Range

• ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
• (Salary will depend on experience, skills, and work capability.)
