Purchase Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to handle day-to-day purchase activities, vendor management, and timely procurement of materials for our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase of raw materials, consumables, spares, and other materials.
• Team Management and guide them.
• Identify and develop new vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts departments.
• Maintain purchase records and monitor pending orders.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing and uninterrupted material availability.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP and MS Excel.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Graduate/MBA in Purchase, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
