Purchase Manager

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities for our real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, material procurement, price negotiation, purchase planning, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for construction projects.
• Source and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices.
• Procure construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates, bricks/blocks, tiles, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, hardware, and other project materials.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders as per company procedures.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Stores, Accounts, and Management for material requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Monitor material quality, quantity, specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain vendor records, quotations, POs, invoices, and other purchase documents.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track pending orders and follow up with vendors regularly.
• Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for invoice verification and vendor payments.
• Ensure procurement is within approved budgets and company policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and suppliers.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/procurement software.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
