Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete purchase and procurement process.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate the best commercial terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials/services.
• Maintain vendor database, purchase records and documentation.
• Coordinate with project, accounts and management teams for purchase requirements.
• Monitor material quality, delivery schedules and payment terms.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and company policies.
