Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Planning

• Prepare material procurement schedules based on project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and site engineers to identify material requirements.

2. Vendor Identification & Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain a vendor database for construction materials.
• Obtain multiple quotations and prepare comparative statements.

3. Cost Negotiation & Purchase Orders

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and work orders (WOs).
• Ensure procurement activities align with project budgets and cost-control requirements.

4. Material Coordination

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Coordinate with the store and site teams for material receipt and inspection.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent material shortages and project delays.

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, including:

• Vendor quotations

• Comparative statements

• Purchase orders and work orders

• Delivery challans

• Supplier invoices

6. Cost Optimization

• Identify opportunities for bulk procurement and cost savings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.
• Monitor market price fluctuations for construction materials and identify cost-effective purchasing options.
