Job Summary:

• Jetstar Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for engineering, production, and operational requirements. The role involves vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase follow-up, and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers for engineering and operational requirements.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices and commercial terms, and support purchase decisions.
• Prepare and process purchase invoices, purchase orders, and GRNs as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for delivery schedules, quality, and documentation.
• Follow up on pending purchase orders and ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate with stores, production, service, and accounts teams regarding procurement requirements.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, quotations, and order status.
• Support vendor development and cost-effective procurement initiatives.

Qualification:

• Any Graduation
• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering preferred
