Purchase Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement processes from purchase planning to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
• Plan and execute new vendor development initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee purchase operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor payments.

Job Requirements :

• 6-16 years of experience in purchasing or procurement role in the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of purchase planning, purchase vendor development, purchase operations, procurement best practices.
• Excellent negotiation skills for effective vendor partnerships.
