Purchase Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major with min GPA 3,00
• Minimum 1 -3 year of experience in the same position
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Have professional integrity, good personality, well performance and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders into the ERP system and correspondence with suppliers
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
• Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Recording the purchase data in the internal database or ledger
