What they need
- Identify and coordinate with new and existing suppliers.
- Request and compare quotations, prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding order confirmation, delivery status, and pending materials.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Accounts, Logistics, and other departments regarding purchasing requirements.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documents.
- Monitor pending and urgent purchase requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Assist in negotiating prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Education: Bachelors in any stream
- Exp: Home country or GCC
