Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Officer to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and timely material availability for our client in the Solar & Wind Energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure materials, equipment, and spare parts as per requirements.
• Identify suitable vendors and negotiate prices and payment terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and compare vendor quotations.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
• Maintain purchase records, documentation, and reports.

Required Skills

• Experience in purchase and procurement activities.
• Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of purchase orders and quotation comparison.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements efficiently.
