Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Vendor Management

• Identify and onboard reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors of premium furniture hardware (e.g., hinges, drawer runners, handles, locks, screws, and brackets).
• Evaluate vendor performance regularly based on product quality, delivery timelines, and pricing competitiveness.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local and international hardware associates.
• Stay updated on market trends regarding new furniture hardware technologies, smart-furniture accessories, and material costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchasing, alternative sourcing, or material substitution.ducation & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Deep knowledge of furniture hardware types, materials (e.g., stainless steel, brass, zinc alloy), and functionality.
• Proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) and Microsoft Excel for inventory and data management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement logistics.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Purchase Officer, ideally within the furniture manufacturing, interior design, or woodworking industry.
• Proven experience in sourcing architectural and furniture hardware.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
