Key Responsibilities

• Procure materials and equipment required for condominium construction projects, such as cement, steel, tiles, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
• Negotiate prices and procurement terms with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials at reasonable costs and timely delivery in accordance with the project schedule.
• Compare prices and proposals from multiple suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the project.
• Control procurement activities to ensure they remain within the approved budget.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of materials prior to their use in construction.
• Plan and manage material delivery schedules to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure procurement aligns with the construction plan.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Age not over 38 Years old
• Minimum 1-3 years in construction materials procurement
• Strong ability to negotiate and compare prices effectively
• Proficient in budget management and cost control
• Competent in computer programs for documentation and reporting
• Understanding of construction materials and equipment specifications
• Able to perform under pressure and work collaboratively with team member

Working Days:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 6 days per week (ทำงานจันทร์-ศุกร์ และเสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
• Locations: Near Robinson Srisaman, Nonthaburi
