Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase / Procurement Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement from requirement gathering to final delivery.
• Source IT products from vendors, OEMs, authorised distributors and suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate prices, discounts and payment terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
• Follow up with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical and Accounts teams for project requirements.
• Verify delivered materials, invoices and purchase documents.
• Coordinate vendor payment follow-ups with the Accounts team.
• Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders and procurement reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any relevant discipline.
• Experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the IT industry or an IT System Integrator company.
• Knowledge of IT hardware, networking products, servers, cybersecurity and related solutions is preferred.
• Good negotiation, vendor management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
